2. Non-Emergency Transportation
A2M Transportation Inc. does not provide emergency medical transportation.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately or seek emergency medical assistance.
3. Scheduling Transportation
Ride requests are subject to:
- Vehicle availability
- Driver availability
- Service area limitations
- Weather conditions
- Road conditions
- Operational requirements
Submitting a transportation request does not guarantee a reservation until confirmation has been provided by A2M Transportation Inc.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers agree to:
- Provide accurate pickup and destination information.
- Be ready at the scheduled pickup time.
- Notify A2M Transportation Inc. of any changes as soon as possible.
- Treat drivers, staff, and company property with courtesy and respect.
- Follow all safety instructions provided by our drivers.
Passengers who engage in abusive, threatening, violent, or unsafe behavior may have transportation services refused or discontinued.
5. Cancellations
To help us serve all clients efficiently, we ask that cancellations be made as early as possible.
Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect future scheduling availability.
Private-pay cancellation fees may apply where permitted by law and communicated in advance.
6. Arrival Times
A2M Transportation Inc. strives to provide timely and dependable transportation.
However, arrival times may be affected by:
- Traffic conditions
- Severe weather
- Road closures
- Construction
- Vehicle issues
- Unexpected operational delays
While we make every reasonable effort to arrive on time, we cannot guarantee exact pickup or arrival times.
7. Payment
Private-pay customers agree to pay all applicable transportation fees.
Accepted payment methods may include:

- Cash (where accepted)
- Approved electronic payment methods
Payment is due according to the terms provided when transportation is scheduled.
8. Insurance Billing
If transportation is covered by insurance or another third-party payer:
- Coverage verification is the responsibility of the passenger or referring organization.
- A2M Transportation Inc. is not responsible for insurance claim denials.
- Any unpaid balances may become the responsibility of the passenger.
